3. TICKETS
3.1. General rules
The ticket is a document entitling you to participate in the event for which it was issued. Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of the Regulations regarding participation in the event. A single ticket allows one person to enter. Depending on the type of event, the ticket may be personal or bearer. A personal ticket entitles only the person whose name and surname is indicated on the ticket to enter. The admissibility and procedure for changing the data on a personal ticket, including the necessity to pay a fee for changing the data and its amount, are specified by the Organizer in the Organizer's Regulations.
The ticket is subject to verification upon entry to the event - the ticket cannot be reused. The ticket cannot be photocopied, scanned or copied in any other way - if such behavior is detected, the ticket loses its validity.
The customer should keep the tickets in a safe place. karabas.ch is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets.
Duplicate tickets are issued only when the event organizer provides for such a possibility. Issuing duplicates may involve paying a duplicate fee of PLN 20 (plus shipping costs).
The customer has the right to verify the compliance of the ticket with the content of the order placed by him. If the content of the ticket is inconsistent with the order, the Customer is obliged to report this fact immediately to karabas.ch, as errors in the content of the tickets may result in refusal to participate in the event.
Destroying the ticket may result in the inability to verify the code and, consequently, denial of entry to the event.
The ticket entitles you to participate in the event at the place indicated in its content. karabas.ch and the Organizer, in justified cases, in particular for technical or production reasons, are entitled to change the originally ordered seats to other ones both before and during the event. karabas.ch reserves the right to introduce quantitative restrictions when purchasing tickets for specific events by one person. This number is determined by the Organizer and is verified with each transaction. This policy aims to eliminate unfair ticket purchasing practices. The maximum number of tickets may be limited per person or per payment card. The above reservation cannot be circumvented by opening additional accounts by the same Customer. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased above this limit. Tickets may be sold with specific admission or use restrictions, such as restricted, obstructed or side views or minimum age for entry. Any such objections will be posted on our website or otherwise notified to you before or at the time of booking your tickets.
Purchasing admission tickets to artistic, entertainment or sporting events for the purpose of reselling them for a profit or selling them for a profit is illegal and constitutes an offense under Art. 133 of the Act of May 20, 1971, the Code of Petty Offenses (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 281, as amended). In addition, the Organizers may prohibit the resale or transfer of tickets for individual events.
The ticket may not be combined with any hotel, tourist or accommodation services and/or any other goods, products or services to create a package, unless formal written consent is given by karabas.ch or the Organizer.
Decisions regarding cancellation of the event, refunds for event cancellation, replacement of the ticket, refusal of entry to the event, order to leave the event, change of the event program, seat for the ticket holder are made by the Organizer on the terms specified in the regulations regarding the event.
3.2. Prices and price categories
Depending on the event, tickets are available in various price categories within the sales system. Discounted tickets and special packages are also available for some events, such as 3+1 (i.e. buy four tickets and pay for three). Such tickets are made available for a given event depending on the decision of the event Organizer. Ticket prices for the event are decided by the Organizer. karabas.ch only acts as an intermediary in their sale. The organizer decides whether specific places belong to a given price category.
The map with the room plan posted on karabas.ch is for illustrative purposes only. Detailed information on the conditions in the room, including visibility from individual places in the room, is provided by the Organizer, and in case of any doubts, the Client should seek information in this regard from the Organizer. karabas.ch does not have information in this regard and is therefore not responsible for any inconvenience for the Customer resulting from the specificity of the place chosen by the Customer.
If you wish to file a complaint due to inconvenience (e.g. poor visibility due to the positioning of TV cameras), karabas.ch may mediate in the complaint process during some events. However, karabas.ch is only an intermediary, and the entity obliged to consider the complaint is the Organizer of the given event.
During ticket sales within the sales system, the pool of tickets may be increased (additional tickets may be added for sale) or decreased.
Ticket prices may change during the sale period. Therefore, in the event of cancellation of a ticket reservation made within the karabas.ch sales system, e.g. due to the Customer paying the ticket fee after the deadline or the electronic payment system failing to confirm the payment for the Ticket on time, karabas.ch will not be liable to Customer for the inability to purchase tickets at the price originally selected by the Customer (especially if the price of tickets for a given event increases in the meantime or only more expensive tickets remain in the karabas.ch offer).
karabas.ch tries to ensure that the purchase prices of tickets available to our customers do not differ from those at which tickets are available from the Organizer. However, due to the fact that karabas.ch incurs the costs of operating the electronic ticket reservation system, ticket prices on karabas.ch and its sales points may be higher than those offered by the Organizers. These subsidies are intended to cover the costs of operating the website. Lack of consent to an additional payment to the original ticket price applicable from the Organizers expressed after paying for the reservation does not constitute grounds for a complaint or cancellation of the reservation.
Additional fees may be added to the price of tickets for individual events (in particular, a service fee expressed as an appropriate percentage of the total purchase price of the ticket for the event or fees introduced by the Event Organizer). The customer will be informed about the amount of additional fees and the total purchase price before he is allowed to purchase a ticket for the event.
3.3. Discount codes
The karabas.ch ticket sales system offers discount codes in specific denominations. Discount codes reduce the gross price of each ticket or the gross price of the entire order by the discounts they apply to. Depending on the specific case or event to which the discount codes apply, the maximum number of tickets to which the discount codes can be applied is quantified. Discount codes may be valid for the entire sale period or only on specific days. They may concern a group of events or a single event. Codes are a combination of letter characters or letter characters and numbers. The event organizer always decides about the introduction and terms of validity of discount codes. Discount codes may be published via any means of communication, including the media, social media, newsletters, on the website www.karabas.ch or via the Organizer (publicly available or to a selected group of recipients).

When booking with the "home ticket" option, after paying for the reservation, the recipient receives the ticket in an electronic form that allows the person booking it to print it on their own. A single home ticket entitles one person to enter the relevant event. karabas.ch is not responsible for the consequences of unauthorized duplication of a home ticket once received by the reservationer or third parties to whom the reservationer provided the data of the received home ticket (including a printout or electronic copy). karabas.ch is not responsible for the consequences of providing an incorrect e-mail address by the Customer when making a reservation to which "home tickets" are sent.
